關(guān)于開展2017年度人才津貼申報(bào)工作的通知

【本新聞?dòng)?a href="http://" target="_blank" class="relatedlink">汶上信息港搜集自網(wǎng)絡(luò)，如有侵權(quán)，請(qǐng)聯(lián)系本站刪除】<div id="zoom" style="text-align:left"><!--<$[信息內(nèi)容]>begin--><!--ZJEG_RSS.content.begin--><meta name="ContentStart"><p style="text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;line-height:37px">縣各有關(guān)企業(yè)：</p><p style="text-indent:43px;text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;line-height:37px">為實(shí)施人才強(qiáng)縣戰(zhàn)略，充分發(fā)揮人才在經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展中的引領(lǐng)支撐作用，根據(jù)《關(guān)于進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)汶上縣人才工作的意見》（汶發(fā)〔2012〕21號(hào)）、《關(guān)于實(shí)施現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)業(yè)人才集聚“5135”計(jì)劃的意見》（汶發(fā)〔2016〕15號(hào)）文件精神，開展2017年度汶上縣人才津貼申報(bào)工作，現(xiàn)將有關(guān)事項(xiàng)通知如下：</p><p style="text-indent:43px;text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;line-height:37px">一、申報(bào)范圍</p><p style="text-indent:43px;text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;line-height:37px">汶上縣主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)及戰(zhàn)略新興產(chǎn)業(yè)企業(yè)2017年度引進(jìn)的在汶上縣就業(yè)且獲得國(guó)家承認(rèn)的國(guó)外博士、碩士、學(xué)士學(xué)位的留學(xué)回國(guó)人員和外籍人才，國(guó)內(nèi)全日制博士、碩士研究生和本科生及其他符合人才引進(jìn)政策的在職在崗人員；已領(lǐng)取過人才津貼且在政策兌現(xiàn)期內(nèi)的企業(yè)在職在崗人員。</p><p style="text-indent:43px;text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;line-height:37px">以上申報(bào)人員需與用人單位簽訂3年以上勞動(dòng)合同并繳納社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)。</p><p style="text-indent:43px;text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;line-height:37px">二、申報(bào)方式和申報(bào)材料</p><p style="text-indent:43px;text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;line-height:37px">申報(bào)企業(yè)請(qǐng)登陸汶上縣人民政府網(wǎng)站（<a href="http://www.wensh">http://www.wensh</a>ang.gov.cn/col/col330/），下載并如實(shí)填寫《2017年度汶上縣企業(yè)人才津貼申報(bào)表》（見附件），并按要求報(bào)送以下材料：</p><p style="text-indent:43px;text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;line-height:37px">1、《2017年度汶上縣企業(yè)人才津貼申報(bào)表》電子版（發(fā)送至郵箱wenshangrencai@<a href="mailto:wenshangrencai@163.com">163.com</a>）、紙質(zhì)版（企業(yè)負(fù)責(zé)人簽字并加蓋單位公章）；</p><p style="text-indent:43px;text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;line-height:37px">2、申報(bào)人員身份證、畢業(yè)證、報(bào)到證、學(xué)位證；勞動(dòng)合同及社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)清單（審核單位通過內(nèi)部業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)可進(jìn)行查詢的，企業(yè)不需提供）；</p><p style="text-indent:43px;text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;line-height:37px">3、已領(lǐng)取過人才津貼且在政策兌現(xiàn)期內(nèi)的人員不再提供身份證、畢業(yè)證、報(bào)到證、學(xué)位證。</p><p style="margin-top:0;margin-right:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-left:0;text-indent:36px;padding:0 0 0 0 ;text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;line-height:37px">三、申報(bào)要求</p><p style="text-indent:43px;text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;line-height:37px">1、申報(bào)材料請(qǐng)于2018年9月10日前報(bào)送至縣人力資源和社會(huì)保障局人才交流服務(wù)中心（縣人力資源社會(huì)保障綜合服務(wù)中心220室），逾期將不予受理，審核單位對(duì)部分企業(yè)申報(bào)材料可進(jìn)行實(shí)地抽查；</p><p style="text-indent:43px;text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;line-height:37px">2.&nbsp;申報(bào)單位及申請(qǐng)人應(yīng)對(duì)申報(bào)材料的真實(shí)性負(fù)責(zé)，堅(jiān)決杜絕弄虛作假騙取津貼的行為，一經(jīng)查實(shí)，由用人單位負(fù)責(zé)追回已發(fā)的人才津貼，并將根據(jù)有關(guān)規(guī)定嚴(yán)肅處理。</p><p style="text-indent:43px;text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;line-height:37px">&nbsp;</p><p style="text-indent:43px;text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;line-height:37px">聯(lián)系人：張震&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;聯(lián)系電話：0537-7239578</p><p style="line-height:39px">&nbsp;</p><p style="line-height:39px">附件：<a href="http://www.wenshang.gov.cn/module/download/downfile.jsp?classid=0&filename=d02c6eb78b304f878b2d8b29732dd42e.xlsx"> 2017年度汶上縣企業(yè)人才津貼申報(bào)表.xlsx</a></p><p style="text-indent:279px;line-height:39px">&nbsp;</p><p style="text-indent: 279px; line-height: 39px; text-align: right;">汶上縣人力資源和社會(huì)保障局</p><p style="text-indent: 343px; line-height: 39px; text-align: right;">2018年8月30日 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><p><br/></p><meta name="ContentEnd"><!--ZJEG_RSS.content.end--><!--<$[信息內(nèi)容]>end--></div>
