      <DIV class=t_msgfont id=postmessage_17326780><STRONG><FONT color=#ff0000>【蜜汁醬烤雞腿】</FONT></STRONG>&nbsp; &nbsp;<STRONG><FONT color=red> 主料:</FONT></STRONG>雞全腿1個(gè)(250克)<BR>&nbsp; &nbsp; <STRONG><FONT color=red>調(diào)味料:</FONT></STRONG>醬油1大勺,甜面醬1大勺,糖1大勺,五香粉1/4小勺,姜粉1/4小勺,大蒜粉1/4小勺<BR>&nbsp; &nbsp;<STRONG><FONT color=red> 刷料:</FONT></STRONG>麥芽糖30克,水30克。<BR>&nbsp; &nbsp; <STRONG><FONT color=red>烤焙:</FONT></STRONG>中層,200度,約30分鐘。<BR>&nbsp; &nbsp;<STRONG><FONT color=red> 超級(jí)簡(jiǎn)單的制作過(guò)程:</FONT></STRONG><BR>&nbsp; &nbsp; 雞腿上切兩刀,以方便入味。在一個(gè)大碗里加入所有的調(diào)味料,然后放入雞腿,腌2個(gè)小時(shí)。腌好的雞腿放入烤盤(pán)里,放進(jìn)預(yù)熱好的烤箱烤焙。<BR>&nbsp; &nbsp; 烤好的雞腿刷上一層麥芽糖水即可。<BR>&nbsp; &nbsp; 麥芽糖水制法:把30克麥芽糖和30克水放入鍋里,用小火慢慢加熱,并不斷攪拌,直到糖液變得濃稠即可。<BR>
